IMEI Spiff Guidelines:

- The IMEI spiff amount that will be paid is based on the length of the contract renewal (1 or 2-year), whether the subscriber renewed on a non-myFaves or
myFaves rate plan, or if the subscriber added a BlackBerry or Internet @Home SOC to their rate plan at the time of renewal.
- IMEI spiffs amounts cannot be combined.
For example: a qualified subscriber upgraded to a BlackBerry Pearl, renewed on a myFaves two-year contract, and added a BlackBerry SOC, the IMEI
spiff amount would be $145, not a combination of both the the IMEI upgrade w/myFaves spiff and the IMEI upgrade w/BlackBerry SOC.
- Dealer will be paid whatever the highest spiff amount that the subscriber's renewal would qualify for.
For example: a qualified subscriber upgraded to a T-Mobile Shadow, renewed on a myFaves two-year contract, and added a BlackBerry SOC. The spiff
amount for a Shadown renewing on a myFaves two-year contract is $120, while a Shadow renewing with a BlackBerry add-on SOC spiff amount is $130.
The dealer would be paid the higher spiff amount and would earn $130 for the upgrade.
- To be eligible for the Upgrade w/myFaves or Upgrade w/BlackBerry or Internet @Home spiffs, the subscriber must not have been on a myFaves rate plan
or had a BlackBerry or Internet @Home SOC before renewing.
