are doing right and what needs improvement.1
The perception of us about the citation is to enhance the performance of the faculty members by
giving them updates about their performance and for them to know if they have something
improve in their performance. The project title is about a web-based faculty evaluation system
running on android operating system. This will assess the some problems the current system
encounters by the guidance counsellor. This will help to speed up the process of evaluating a
faculty.

Based on the developers interview with the Guidance Counselor of College of San
Benildo Rizal, Ms. Janine Bantigue, there are no errors experienced while conducting a survey,
but there are things that has to be improved in the current system. The way it is done, through
paper and pencil and it is done to students on a room to room basis then some class has an
incomplete attendance therefore all data that is needed are not completely gathered.
The project team plans to develop a web-based faculty evaluation system using android
operating system for the students wherein it aims to enhance the current way of evaluating
professors in College of San Benildo Rizal. This can also help the guidance counselor to gather
the data she needs and interpret them.
Based on the our Gantt chart, they have gathered data; interviewed Ms. Janine Bantigue,
the guidance counselor of College of San Benildo Rizal on the afternoon of July 29, 2015 in
the guidance office that lasted an hour. They have also collected data, some physical forms,
documents, and the actual performance evaluation survey that is being distributed when
conducting the said survey. Some of the developers also distributed some survey sheets, that
contains some questions about the project of the developers.
With the troubles distinguished, the developers will be developing a different way to
conduct a performance evaluation survey. Knowing that the students who are currently enrolled
in College of San Benildo Rizal are now more inclined to their smartphones and are familiar
with its basic functions and capabilities.
This project aims to replace the current way on how to conduct a performance evaluation
survey wherein paper and pen is used; entitled, Development of Web-Based Faculty Evaluation
System using Android which aims to develop an android based application wherein the students
of College of San Benildo Rizal will evaluate their respective professors through their android
devices, it is beneficial to every student particularly to the guidance counselor because the
gathering of data they needed is more easier and it is less hassle.

The Online Evaluation System will automatically compute the evaluation results. Admin can
Print the evaluation results or save as .pdf. The information's stored into the database of the
system is secured. Admin cannot update the results to keep the students privileges. Admin can
add/update teachers, subjects, admin users & student users.
