Miro is an untiring creator an intimate. In spite of trying different stylistics movements, he
wished the freedom to make up his own language. He gave to the Surrealism a new
language. It is focus on objects, countryside views, trees, animals which he rise to symbols.
He reinvent a personal universe, full of stars, musical notes, and tiny animals. A spatial

the Catalan artist.
Mir es un creador incansable e ntimo. Aunque su obra transcurri por varios movimientos
estilsticos, ansiaba la libertad para crear su propio lenguaje. Aport al surrealismo un
nuevo lenguaje que se detiene en los objetos, los campos arados, los rboles, los animales,
los eleva a la categora de smbolos. Recrea en sus obras un universo personal, poblado de
estrellas, notas musicales, escalas y diminutos animales. Un mbito espacial sin
dimensiones ni distancias, pero que resulta familiar, como el mundo mgico de la infancia.
Los seres sufren un proceso de esquematizacin peculiar. Prescinde de los elementos
figurativos y rompe radicalmente con la realidad sensorial para concentrar la fuerza
expresiva en las formas y los colores. Lo puro, lo onrico, lo infantil. Mir se centra en la
transfiguracin potica del mundo que por dcadas ha dominado y simplificado
interpretaciones del trabajo del artista cataln.

The interior from Hollande I is an interpretation in Miro key from the lute player. Miro uses
pure colours, plane and very shiny, which are spread in defined shapes somewhat amoeba.
He uses the blue colour, yellow, red and with to create the figures, and in the background a
divided space in colours. He gave to the lute a bigger importance, and a bigger size. The
music is painted in red as if he were an angry sun and simplify until the maximum. Around
the lute player there is a centrifuge rhythm with the rest of elements.

del siglo XVII.
El interior holands I es una reinterpretacin en clave mironiana de El tocador de laud. Mir
utiliza colores puros, planos y muy brillantes que distribuye en formas definidas que se
distorsionan hasta adquirir un aspecto parecido al de las amebas. Con el uso de azul,
amarillo, rojo y blanco para crearlas figuras, y en un fondo indefinido dividido en zonas de
color. Conserva el lad al que le da mayor protagonismo, y mayor tamao. El msico de
color rojo como si fuera un sol enfurecido y simplificada al mximo. En torno al tocador de
lad se estructura el vertiginoso ritmo centrfugo del resto de elementos.
Joan Miro carried out a process asking every single picture limit. His picture is the result of a
conciencious search to the essential. That is why he simplify his expressive vocabulary
increasingly. From the figures goes to the ideograms and signs, from a wise and serious
trace to another one childlike, naf and playful. In that way Miro simplified his use of colours
to the primary ones, black and white.
Joan Miro llev a cabo un proceso poniendo en cuestin los lmites de la pintura. Su pintura
es el fruto de una bsqueda consciente de lo esencial, para lo cual depura cada vez ms
sus vocabulario expresivo: de las figuras pasa a los ideogramas y a los signos, de un trazo
sabio y serio a otro infantil, ingenuo y ldico. Con el tiempo Miro, simplific su gama de
colores reducindola a los colores primarios, el negro que actuaba como intercomunicador
y el blanco.
