PHYSICALLY my pursuit of perfection fine tunes thevehicle that houses my

awareness, supporting in strength all other processes. SOCIALLY my pursuit of

perfection enhances, supports and encourages all other pursuits of the same by
similar beings, providing common ground, collaboration and best practices for
development as a species.Traditionally the good of a community is usually
measured by the degree of service that occursthere. Perfection for me then, lies in
pursuit of opportunity for this service. As an engineer I am
well placed to do so. SPIRITUALLY is the one area that cant be seen, only felt
and experienced, in reaction to heightened awareness and the purification process
of the other fourareas. It is most affected by the pursuit of perfection. Knowledge
and understanding that cancome from nowhere else, binding known with unknown,
a catalyst for forward perception.Perfection is also a synonym for God. When we
strive for perfection then, it could be argued thatwe are striving to become like
God.God is a creator, a designer. So is an Engineer. Often the engineer is
associated with being the designer or the creator of something that brings value to
the lives of others. When anengineer designs a bridge across a bay or a radio tower
or a dam and reservoir, he is doing it soother people can improve their lives, ease
their steps of progress, and perfect their journey.Indeed this is in similitude with
the examples laid out in the beginning of Genesis by God, TheCreator. The
Heavens and the earth were created so that man could have a proving ground for
mans inheritance in heaven. The earthward command to be perfect is the rallying
cry to allmen, calling upon them to strive for perfection in all they do. However
people might choose touse what I create as an engineer is up to them. Like my God
I am simply supplying people with the means to progress, allowing them to rally
together with others in society and become a more perfect example of humanity. It
is my hope, that what I engineer and build, will somehow add toa more perfect
society. As an engineer I reflect on the point that helping others improve
and perfect their lives imitates Gods design. Surprisingly it seems we work as
much for Him as myself. We are working together on this.Even the most precise
measurements found factored into an engineering marvel can be broken and
destroyed by an unforgiving environment. The best outcome, the only one that
isGood requires flexibility to survive.
An engineer is someone who is very well studied in the laws governing the laws
andnature of our world. An engineer requires continued education every year in
order to maintainhis professional licensure. This requirement alone implies the
need for gaining new knowledgeover old knowledge. The half-life of truth for an
engineer is apparently less than a year. Whatwas true a year ago may no longer be
so, or may no longer be relevant. In light of this it iscritical that an engineer be
flexible.
