Manage three major manufacturing facilities and five aftermarket sites including several Centers of Excellence. Spearhead
capital budgeting for the division and drive projects from initiation through completion at all facilities. Serves as point
person for all construction and facility projects and collaborates closely with all vendors and contractors to provide
direction.

Implements Lean methodologies and designs more efficient and effective workflows to enhance productivity and

construction process and facility setup.
Devised the layout and purchased all equipment to create an aftermarket facility in Milan, Italy. Transformed an
existing building to accurately meet the needs of the service site. Ensured proper permits and licenses were in place
for operation.
Collaborates with executive leadership to determine project logistics and requirements, estimate construction budget,
and draft preliminary facility layout. Turns project concepts into realities.
Consolidated four domestic facilities into a single Center of Excellence and three manufacturing sites and corporate
headquarters into one large manufacturing facility. Resulted in significant cost savings, workflow improvement,
elimination of redundancies, and increased synergy between departments.

Ensures all facilities are compliant with environmental and safety regulations, and all projects follow established
