60 DAYS TO SUCCESS
A  Woman’s  Guide  to  Getting  What  She  Wants

INTRODUCTION

Success sometimes feels out of reach for women.

Men are driven toward success, while women are
taught they are supporters of success instead of
achievers. For this reason, it has gotten increasing
difficult and confusing to attempt to define what real
success is for women. Most women are not content
with defining success simply in terms of their financial statement. Women use a
broader brush when painting the colors of success. Women also have a tendency to
be more meaning oriented than money oriented when defining success.

This book was written to aid women in developing and strengthening successful
thoughts that support support success in 360 degrees of their lives. Women un-
derstand that success is how we experience the world, our relationships, our fami-
lies, our passions. Success is evident in the fullness of our lives; our health, as well
as our wealth; it shows in the strength of our relationships, as well as, the strength
of our portfolios. Women care about the quality of life, as much as they care about
the quantity of assets they own. Women long for balance, peace, joy and accom-
plishments that define their creativity and competence.

But as women, if we long for success, where do we begin? How do we get where we
want to go?

Dawn L Billings • dawn@theheartlinknetwork.com • www.TheHeartLinkNetwork.com 2

Women get there the same way everyone else does, but with more awareness and
heart guiding them. Success is accomplished one step at a time; one thought at a
time; one habit at a time. That’s why I have made it easy for busy women to focus on
one of the following thoughts each day. Do not hurry through this book. This is not
a book you want to read in a hurry. Instead, it is a book you want to real carefully.

Think about one idea at a time. Contemplate it, and then develop it, until it be-
comes a habit. Habits require consistency, so once you get through the first 60
days, begin reading the thoughts again. Once you have gone through this 60 day
process three times, you should begin to feel that the thoughts are beginning to
deeply effect your life. In just six months, you will discover that you will have devel-
oped 50 NEW ways of thinking about your daily life. These sixty thoughts will
take you anywhere you want to go in life.

Share these thoughts with those you love. The thoughts and ideas espoused in this
book are universal truths that have worked for thousands of people who have cho-
sen to use them and dedicate themselves to them.

Some skills and ideas require more effort than others. Some might take more time
for you to accept and assimilate. The key is focus, consistency and faithfulness.
Each day commit to reading and carefully considering a new thought. Your new
thoughts will develop into new habits, and you will be amazed at who you have be-
come in six short months from now.

The world needs you. It needs your talents, your dreams, your gifts and your efforts
to become the kind of world we want to leave our children and our grand-children.
It is up to you, and me, and all the women in the world. Let’s teach our daughters to
be extraordinary and get what they want -- success in all areas of their lives.

IN CONCLUSION

As you can see, your life must be examined from a

personal, as well as, professional perspective each
day. This careful examination can be done easily as
this book has proven. By addressing one idea or value
at a time. Your success must be first defined by you,
then earned by you. Success is not something some-
one else can bestow on you, it is yours and yours alone to achieve.

These 60 values, thoughts and ideas are the basis of all success. If you carefully
consider them, evaluate them in your life and make new commitments toward living
them, your success is guaranteed by your dedication to the truths of these con-
cepts.

Women are the heart of the world. We need to take a stand and become the full-
ness of what it is in our hearts we long to be. We should not be defined by the social
forces that are the current fashion, we should be defined by the dreams in our
hearts, the wisdom in our souls. When we work to get what we want, and in getting
what we want, we help others rise to their highest levels of accomplishment and
greatness as well, we can heal the wounds in the world. We know that true strength
comes from our ability to love, nurture, inspire and encourage one another.

If you want to get what you want;

help others get what they want.
