The Past Participle must agree with who did the action:

If singular female -> add an extra -e: eg Elle est partie = She left
If plural females (two or more) -> add -es: eg Elle sont parties = They
left
Singular male -> the past participle does not change: eg Il est parti =
he left
Plural male -> add -s: eg Ils sont partis = they left
