in Seemandhra IT Companies for over 15 Years. I am double post graduate (MBA & MCA), Later I have started my own company
KLN Technologies with an aim that to provide employment only to our Telangana People. And I am also working on with so many other Telangana Corporate People & NRI's to encourage them and requesting them to Start / Establish New IT companies at least now
after formation of Telangana State. If Government provide support and encouragement , I shall ready to work on behalf of Govt of Telangana / Telangana IT Ministry and assist them and further will try to mobilize few corporate / NRI people to come forward to
Establish atleast 10 to 25 New Telangana IT Companies in First Phase and keep working on this Project towards Re-construction of IT Industry.
In view of coming elections and the Respective Parties Cadre to have a Strong Manifesto and with a Vision of forming a New Bangaru Telangana, I would like to express few valuable points with a request to kindly consider the same for inclusion in the respective
Political Parties Manifesto.

IT Industry Development:
As everybody aware that, 99% of all the Existing IT Companies in Hyderabad are almost occupied and Managed with the Seemandhra Management only and it is very open that, even for another Next 10 Years (Till Common Capital Period ends), Seemandra
Management will only going Rule the IT Industry in Hyderabad and No doubt that, for another next 10 years Seemandra People / Management will ONLY get benefited by the IT Sectors with the help of the existing IT Companies in the way of Profit / Revenue
Sharing , Facilities / Infrastructure and any other Incentives providing by the Telangana Government.
Hence, I humbly request that Telanagana Govt should crate one Strong Telangana IT Policy with an aim that, all the Existing IT Companies should provide and encourage at least minimum 50% of employment to the Telangana IT People in the respective Companies
located in Hyderabad and if any IT Company is not following the Telangana IT Policy, nor creating trouble and harassment to Telangana IT Employees, the Telangana Government should initiate action on such IT Companies and should NOT provide any further
Govt IT Intensives, Facilities, Benefits or any other Encouragements to such IT Companies.
After state re-organization these existing IT Companies which are occupied and managed by Seemandhra will obviously show much more differences and partiality on Telangana IT People and they will not give enough percentage of employment / growth also, so
with that, our Telangana IT People will become and fall as MINORITY and they will NOT have any Job Protection nor get any further Encouragement in their IT Jobs which will surely results to lose their jobs and they will fall on roads.
Hence Telangana Government need to initiate for proper responsibility to provide some JOB SECURITY and show some solution to Project our Telangana IT Employees who will surely going to become as MINORITY TELANGANA IT EMPLOYEES in all the Existing
Seemandhra Based Management IT Companies
a) Government Should create a Strong Telangana IT Policy and HR Policy to protect, safeguard and to get justification for IT Employees NOT to get harassed, suffered and get victimized under the hands of IT Seemandhra Management
b) Government should also create a Telangana Cyber Law Policy to protect our Telangana Software Industry on a safer mode

3) ENCOURAGEMENT TO NEW TELANGANA IT COMPANIES WHO COME FORWARD TO ESTABLISH NEW IT COMPANIES WITH TELANGANA BASED MANAGEMENT (Whether it is Local People or Telangana NRI's) AND PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT TO
TELANGANA IT PEOPLE:
Request Telangana Government to encourage the new IT Companies which will established by the Telangana Management with the following incentives and benefits
a) Telangana Government need to establish a Telangana Software Technology Special Scheme, (TSTSC) and Government should encourage New upcoming Telangana IT Companies to get registered in this TSTSC and Government should extend the following
support and benefits for upcoming New Telangana IT Companies
b)
Give support on All Statutory Norms for easy establishment of Telangana Based IT Companies
c)
Give them Tax Holidays - Income Tax, Service Tax and Customs & Excise Duty Exemption
d)
Encourage Telangana IT Companies with Subsidy based Loans for IT Companies
Establishment
e)
Provide Lands for Telangana IT Companies with Financial assistance for Infrastructure
f)
Provide Power Rebate for Telangana IT Companies
g) Special Encouragement Schemes for Women Telangana Entrepreneurs
h) Providing Stipends Facilities for JOBLESS Fresh Telangana IT People / Engineering Graduates
So, Once if Telangana Government encourage the Benefits for New Telangana IT Companies under TSTSC, I can assure some hundreds of New IT Companies / Telangana NRI's will come forward to Start / Establish New IT Companies and with this maximum
number of employment will get generated and our Telangana IT People / IT Employees will get benefited out of this
4) TELANGANA GOVERNMENT should also concentrate and look forward for Development of all the things including IT Sector NOT ONLY IN HYDERABAD but also need to EXPAND THE DEVELOPMENT IN ALL OTHER 9 DISTRICTS. At least phase wise
development should be taken care. If other 9 Districts also get developed we can minimize the Burden on Hyderabad which is facing huge Traffic in all corners and in all factors.
BENIFITS FOR TELANAGANA UDYAMA AMARAVEERULAKU & UDYAMA PORATA YODHULAKU:
a) Need to Provide a Special Package for Amara Veerula Families - Package may include providing Suitable Job + One House + Lump sum Big Amount of as Financial Support + Marriage Fund + Life Long Free Education + Life Long FreeTravel Transport + Life
Long Pension etc. I think this Package will Atleast help to some Extent for Amaraveerulaku.
b) Further, Government should also help other people like Udyama Karulaku, Udyama Vidyarthulu who have NO job, Udyama Kalakarulaku, Udyama Singers, Media / Journalist and all other Participated in Telanagana Udyamam by providing them with Life long
Pension + Life Long Free Travel Transport ( Free Bus + Train ) and any other Encouragement Benefits aswell towards recognizing these people who fought for Telanagana.
