DETAILS: On the above date/time, while patrolling Dey Rd., Cpl. Cier observed a
2003 Jeep Laredo with an inoperable brake light and license plate lamp. While
following the vehicle on Dey Rd. east bound, Cpl. Cier observed it drifting over the
fog line on the edge of the roadway numerous times. Cpl. Cier conducted a motor
vehicle stop and detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage while speaking with
the 19 yoa. driver, Sean Quest. After administering several standardized field
sobriety tests, it was determined that Quest was driving while intoxicated. He was
placed under arrest and transported back to Plainsboro Police HQ for processing.
His vehicle was impounded for a minimum of 12 hrs. in accordance with New
Jersey’s John’s Law. Quest was issued motor vehicle summonses for D.W.I.,
Underage D.W.I., Maintenance of Lamps, Failure to Maintain a Lane, and Reckless
Driving. He was released R.O.R. into the custody of a family member pending a
mandatory first appearance in Plainsboro Twp. Municipal Court.

Resident of Quail Ridge Apartments

DETAILS: On 04/08/2010 at approximately 8:00 a.m. unknown actors attempted to


gain entry into the victim’s apartment, but were unsuccessful. On 04/09/2010 at
3:00 a.m., the victim observed two unidentified males peering into the apartment
from a 2nd floor breezeway of an adjacent building. Both incidents are under
investigation.
