Orally explain information to the costumers, operate office equipment
including copy machine, calculator, facsimile machine, printers,
computer. File retrieve information, create and update record and
necessary work materials to ensure that information is correct, directs
individuals to various locations, review and typed documents for
accuracy and completeness. Demonstrate continuous effort to
improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work
processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality
seamless customer service.
