Led all efforts for a 25-person two regional office research and development/operations consulting firm. Managed

Managed the corporate and project budgets, profit and loss management, maintained sound finances and managed
and obtained third-party operational financing. Maintained no defect in Defense Contract Audit Agency audits.
Supported project teams that provided 24/7 multisource intelligence analysis, documentation, and reporting within
the Specific Emitter Identification (SEI) Analysis and Production Center. Obtained and maintained facility security

Managed embarked Navy minesweeper detachment and reinforced Marine Corps battalion stationed in Okinawa for
multiple month Western Pacific operations. Supervised billeting of embarked personnel, stowage of embarked

helicopters.
