Increased staff from 2 to 25 and revenue from $150K to $5 million in 5 years. Provided Operational Leadership,
Proposal Development, Account and Project Management support.

Led all efforts for a 25-person two regional office research and development/operations consulting firm. Managed
multiple prime and sub contracts with two government agencies
Managed the corporate and project budgets, profit and loss management, maintained sound finances and managed
and obtained third-party operational financing. Maintained no defect in Defense Contract Audit Agency audits.
Supported project teams that provided 24/7 multisource intelligence analysis, documentation, and reporting within
the Specific Emitter Identification (SEI) Analysis and Production Center. Obtained and maintained facility security
clearance and individual special background investigations with polygraphs for all personnel. Supported operational

Delivered five operational systems to government sites. Systems processed data in wide frequency band which resulting

code at issue to the development teams as soon as available.

Managed embarked Navy minesweeper detachment and reinforced Marine Corps battalion stationed in Okinawa for
multiple month Western Pacific operations. Supervised billeting of embarked personnel, stowage of embarked
equipment, prepositioned combat provisions/ammunition and combat loading of personnel and equipment on
helicopters.
