We will not go through Pagan to work with Hidalgo Co. You should notify him of upcoming mtgs/calls
and even invite him to participate, but he is not between us and Hidalgo Co. If his participation gets
disruptive, pleaase advise. He is there mostlly for his awareness and so you will not get asked about
what happened at the mtg.

As Rowdy said, you have clean sweep top cover on this.

There may have been a disconnect, but I was not aware sbi was reaching out to the county today to set
up this call. I have good contacts in the Judge's office or can call him directly to help set up these
types of key calls with my local stakeholders.
