Wilson Swiss Allstar Basketball Camp 2016 in Zofingen

Camp fee
Camp fee Monday to Saturday: CHF 560.--. Fee covers
- Food at Camp Restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner. exception Monday: lunch and dinner only.
Exception Saturday: breakfast only)
- Housing in Camp dorms (army dorms)

- Participation in complete Allstar Camp program

- Entry to public swimming pool
- Free-time activities
- Entry to Blue+White pro-game
- Wilson Allstar Package (backbag, T-Shirt, Ball).
Participation in 1st AND 2nd Camp
Weekend between Camp 1 and Camp 2 at Camp site

CHF 1'160.

Participation in 1st AND 2nd Camp.

Weekend between Camp 1 and Camp 2 away from Camp

CHF 1'060.

Possible additional services, additional fees:

- Early check-in on Sunday (Check-in between 5 PM and 6.30 PM)

CHF 40.

(additional fee for early check-in covers: supervision starting on Sunday, dinner Sunday, additional
night at dorm, breakfast Monday, additional practice Monday morning)

- Airport Shuttle Service Airport Zrich (roundtrip)

CHF 50.

- Laundry Service between Camp 1 and Camp 2

CHF 20.

(Only for participants spending the weekend between Camp 1 and Camp 2 at Camp site)

Arrival / departure: Each individual participant is responsible for his/her transportation to

and from Camp, costs for transportation not included in Camp fee.

Beginning of Camp / End of Camp

- Check-in time on Monday July 11 / July 18 between 09.15 AM and 10.45 AM (at
Madison see address below)
- Early check-in time on Sunday July 10 / July 17 between 5 PM and 6.30 PM (only with
advance reservation, additional fee)
- Opening Ceremony Monday by 11.45 AM
- End of Camp on Saturday July 16 / July 23 by 1.00 PM

Insurance
Insurance coverage is responsibility of each individual participant. McCormicks
Game Plan is not liable for accidents, illness or theft before, during or after Camp.
All Participants have to be provided with a copy of the policy or insurance card and it is the
parents responsibility to ensure that the cover provided is suitable and adequate for the
Camp and of the participants particular needs.
Copies of policies/insurance cards will be collected at the Check-in desk.

 Health precautions
The Wilson Swiss Allstar Basketball Camp involves strenuous activities and it is the
parents responsibility to ensure that each participant has the necessary level of fitness and
health to complete the Camp. Full particulars must be given of any previous or existing
conditions that may affect a participants ability to take part in the Camp or relevant
activities.

Special requests
If a parent or a participant has a special request concerning practice group or dorm, we will
do our best to help. After evaluating the individual participants the Coaches and
Supervisors will determine in which group the individual participants will be placed.

Behavior
All participants are expected to respect and obey the laws and customs of the city of
Zofingen, treat others on the Camp and locals with respect and courtesy. Participants are
expected to observe and obey any instructions, directions, advice, rules and regulations
given or imposed by McCormicks Game Plan and the Camp staff.
McCormicks Game Plan reserves the right to dismiss a participant in case of theft,
use of alcohol or drugs, disrespect to staff members or fellow participants. There will
be no refund of any part of the Camp fee if a participant is dismissed for infractions
or inappropriate behavior.

Registration
The online registration is binding. Number of participants is limited.
Registration deadline: June 25, 2016
Each registration will be confirmed by personal mail / letter within 14 days.

Cancellation
- cancellation up to 60 days before beginning of Camp: cancellation fee in the amount of
CHF 50.- will be charged
- cancellation between 59 to 30 days before beginning of Camp: cancellation fee in the
amount of CHF 100.will be charged
- cancellation less than 30 days before beginning of Camp: 50% of Camp fee will be
charged.
No refund for cancellations after beginning of Camp

Publicity and use of images

McCormicks Game Plan reserves the right to use any photographs, art work, etc. of the
participants on the Camp Website and in any of its future publications. McCormicks Game
Plan may also reproduce any comments that we receive either from parents or participants
in a similar way.
