Trained to troubleshoot Harris Farrinon 23 GHZ PDH Microwave Radio with a
capacity of 16E1 and 4E1.
Troubleshooting the reported faulty Harris Farrinon Microwave Radio with a
frequency of 23 GHZ and a capacity of 16E1 and 4E1 by using the software
to communicate the equipment, which I had received from the Manager of
Customer Services in Canada and verify if it is really faulty. If confirmed
faulty, I will request an RMA (Return Material authorization) number from the
repair center in Canada for repair/replacement.
Responsible of upgrading the software of all the Harris Farrinon Microwave
Radio that was installed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia except Makkah and
Madinah.
Sending my weekly report to the Manager of the Customer Services based in
Canada containing my daily activity, progress of the project, problems of the
project and my plans to the solution of the problems and my propose activity
for the next week.
