1.Summary
We are planning to open a Boutique Shop which will carry traditional wear of Bangladesh. The
name of our organization will be Friends Boutique Shop. Our main goal is to make people
fashionable in Bangladeshi style. Thats why all the product that we will distribute there will be a
touch of Bangladeshi culture. Most of the people of Bangladesh follow Western fashion for being
stylist but we want to proved that anyone can be stylist by following Bangladeshi fashion.
Friends Boutique Shop located at Agrabad, Chittagong. We will have Two very nice
advantages by being located there, first Agrabad is central to the geographical location for the
Chittagong City and our Target Customers are people whole Chittagong city. And Second
advantages is that there is no Boutique shop near Agrabad and a information we find after a
research many people of Agrabad are wants a Boutique Shop in this area. Because they have to
face traffic jam to reach at others boutique shop of City.
Boutique is not a new business for Chittagong But we have some unique ideas that will help us
for success in this Business.
Friends Boutique Shop is organized as partnership among the Five partners. Our budget is 20
lacs.
Our mission is Satisfying our costumers by providing them best qualitative stuff and unique
designs keeping in view their comforts and excellence

The name of our company is Friends Boutique Shop. Friends Boutique Shop is organized as
partnership among the Five partners of Md Jewel Rana, Md Hasan Khan, MD Rahat Hossain,
MD Mostafa and MD Imtiaz Uddin. Everyone will handle the administrative and managerial
duties on rotation.

Products
Friends Boutique Shop will carry traditional wear. Management will rely on customer
feedback, suggestions, and sales reports to introduce or eliminate certain brands, styles and sizes.

3.The Marketing Segment


About 4,009,423 people lives in Chittagong Metropolitan area.(ref:
http://www.citypopulation.de ) Where 20% people are higher class and 60 percent people are
middle class rest are lower class. Our target customers are higher and Middle class people of
Chittagong. There is no boutique shop in Agrabad area so we located our showroom at that place
Agrabad is in the cental of Chittagong, because there is any boutique shop that is advantage for
us.

Location
Friends Boutique Shop located at Shekh Mojib Road, Agrabad, Chittagong. This space has
1,200 square feet. This location is central to the geographical location for the Chittagong . All
business deliveries will be handled through the showroom. The factory is nearby the showroom
so no extra transportation cost will be needed to bring the products from the Factory to
showroom.

We have great plan about advertisement of Friends Boutique Shop. Discussion about
advertisement is given below:
1. Advertisement via newspaper
2. The management of Friends Boutique shop will operate a facebook page by name of
Friends Boutique Shop.
3. We will arrange quiz competition and camping program in the campus of schools and
colleges of Chittagong.

6.Management segment
All partners will be responsible for all administrative functions, purchasing, inventory control,
and promotions. They will also act as a part-time sales representative. But Our five owners are
expect in five sector. Like Hasan has achieved hire degree on accounting, Rahat has degree on
Designing and fabrics, Mostafa is marketing expert, Imtiaz also achieved degree on accounting
and he also technology expert and Jewel achieved Degree on Management. Our management

8.Risk Management
The risks that may occur in this project are:
1. Pure Risk: The revenues and cash inflows of the project may be lower than the expected
indifferent years.
2. Systematic Risk: Political changes may hamper the production of the project.
3. Unsystematic Risk: Workers may go for strike, which may hinder production process.
4. Market Risk: Macroeconomic factors like inflation can have an impact on the project and
fluctuation of demand. Cost reduction and increased production may be a way out but it will
become difficult to maintain quality.
5. Instrumental Risk: The machineries may go out of order any time. So the business runs the
risk of machinery shortages.

9.Milestone Segment
Friends Boutique Shop will start its journey from 1st March 2016. And we will start our
promotional activities from 16th January 2016
