Geomatics Systems Analyst - shall have a Bachelor's degree in Computer

Science or Engineering or such equivalent with a minimum of six (6) years
experience. Must have experience in computer systems and demonstrate proficient
ability in four or more of the following:

Surveying and Mapping Computer Applications

Web Development using latest development software

Oracle Database Application Development

Oracle Database Administration

Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)

Visual Basic Programming

Administrating and developing Document management System using Document

products

ESRI product such as ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcIMS, MapObject

Administrating Tivoli Storage Management System (TSM)

2. Survey Party Chief - shall be intermediate graduate plus two (2) years in
Engineering College or Technical Institute, or such equivalent with a minimum of six
(6) years recent field survey experience, three (3) of which shall have been as a
Survey Party Chief responsible for field survey work. He shall be able to speak, read
and write English and shall have a valid Saudi Arabia driver’s license. He shall
demonstrate proficient ability and understanding in all of the following surveying
principles and procedures utilizing survey instruments and equipment specified in
Attachment III to Schedule "B" :

General survey computations including geometric, traverse and level circuit

adjustment and grid projection coordinate calculations.

Horizontal traverse standards using theodolite and electronic distance meter or

total station as described in the Survey Instruction Booklet referred to in Schedule
"B".

Topographic surveys using a Total Station instrument or GPS equipment.

Performing differential and trigonometric leveling, cross-sectioning, traversing,

profiling, route surveys and horizontal curve layout.

Laying out construction projects from engineering drawings.

Digital Data Feature coding and collection in a Data Collector or Total Station.

Differential leveling procedures and standards as described in the Survey

Instruction Booklet.

Field sketching detailed features.

GPS procedures including the use of a navigator, and field procedures for static,
kinematics, and real time kinematics GPS surveys.

Demonstrated ability: Survey Party Chief-I shall demonstrate ability to complete

survey projects at a level of quality and rate which meets or exceeds SSD's
production standards. Ability to meet SSD production standards will be judged by
comparison of individual's production rates with other Survey Party Chief
employees' production rates or by passing a comprehensive test which measures
quantity and quality of work produced.
