Introduction/Background
In early 1840s, the first fiber optics demonstrated by
Danial Colladon and Jacques Babinet in Paris. The
new discover has been found. It is new that when the
light passes from air into water, the refracted ray is
bent towards the perpendicular and when the ray
passes from water to air, it is bent from the
perpendicular Ref. [3].

Main body
The electricity will deliver to consumers with lowvoltage. Power loss is playing as a main role in this
distribution. Basically, to transform for high-voltage
to low-voltage is by alternating current which is
transformer. For example, the diagram 2 shows that
how the electricity are processed Ref. [5]. Three-phase
system are currently is efficient use for conductors.
The phase can delivered 240V winding. The fourth or
neutral cable is run in street distribution to provide one
complete one complete-circuit. The fiber optics can be
a good choice in this cable. There are many types of
cables for fiber optics. In diagram 3 for example,
simplex and zip cord, distribution cable, breakout
cable, loose tube cable, ribbon cable, armored cable,
aerial cable, and air-blown cable Ref. [6]. Distribution
cables is the most suitable for cable in that distribution.
It is small in size and light in weight. This cables can
be run effectively in distribution process. So that, there
will be slight changes (increasable or decreasable) at
power loss. The fibers are double buffered and can be
directly terminated, but because their fibers are not
individually reinforced, these cables as in diagram 4
need to be broken out with a breakout box or
terminated inside a patch panel or junction box to
protect individual fibers Ref. [7]. This statement is
explained that the cables need a protection while run
in street distribution to avoid unexpected situation
such as direct-high voltage transfer or broken circuit.
So that, it will not affected the load that received its
electricity.
