The processes of determining,
recording and disseminating
information about the tenure,
value and use of land

Land Administration
Land administration can be likened to
accounting and book keeping, except
that instead of money, it is land that is
being inventoried, accounted and
booked. The land is identified through
survey, the rights over it adjudicated
and registered and thereafter
anindefeasible title is issued by the
State.
