1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Description:
VAT Exempt is a Product Based VAT Exemption.
It helps Disabled and Chronically sick customers by Zero VAT or No Tax for
online purchase. Also some products or services are also supplied for personal
or domestic use of disabled or chronically sick person.
To gain the benefit of VAT relief, customer must enter their disability
description and select condition box for VAT exemption.
Customers can even checkout normally without applying VAT relief.
Store owners can declare products as VAT exempted for disabled or
chronically sick customers. Using this extension the VAT is exempted for the
product on checkout page.

1.2 Features:
Can Enable flag to see Price Including & Excluding Tax while creating
order from Admin
Support One Step Checkout
Support Excluding & Including (Both) Tax Price
Support different pricing like- Tier Price, Custom Price, Special Price
Can manage VAT exemption status(Enable/Disable) for each product
from Admin
VAT declaration tab is displayed only if the cart is having VAT exempted
product
If VAT Exempt option is unchecked, then VAT is charged for VAT
exempted products in cart

2. HOW TO SET UP
2.1 Process for Installing VAT Exempt Module:
After Downloading the module, please unzip it.
Use Ftp client (such as filezilla, cuteFTP etc) to copy or upload all folder
of unzipped file into your Magento site root folder. This will not
overwrite any existing files, just add new files to the folder structure.
After uploading is done, log in to your Magento administration panel to
refresh cache. Go to System --> Cache Management. Select all caches
and take action Refresh then submit.
In your Magento backend, please access
System --> Configuration --> Advanced --> Advanced
You can see the "Oscprofessionals_Vatexempt" tab, if it is installed properly.

3. HOW TO USE
3.1 Log in to the Admin and Enable Module:
Go to
Admin-->System-->Configuration-->Oscprofessionals-->VAT Exempt
Enable Module from here. Do setting accordingly.

3.2 Products General Information Setting:

Open the Product that you want to set the product tax. And in General tab
select VAT Exempt to Yes and Save it.

3.3 Result at Frontend:

Select Product and Click on Add to Cart button.
(Note: If in Admin there is not applying VAT to Products there will Not
display VAT Declaration tab in Frontend during checkout).

3.4. Checkout Process:

After adding product to cart, click on Proceed to Checkout.
Tax is displayed here because added product is under taxable goods. Tax will
retain or release after checking VAT condition.

3.5 VAT Declaration:

Follow step by step checkout process. In VAT Declaration tab enter your
Name, Condition and tick I declare i am eligible for zero vat and continue.
(Note: Tax will deduct if condition will get true).

3.6 Order Review:

No VAT charge for this product, because Customer condition iz valid for zero
VAT.

3.7 Order details in Admin:

After Placing Order Go to Admin-->Sales-->Order
Open order, VAT declaration details will be display there.

3.8 Create Order from Admin:

While creating Order from Admin click on Create New Order button.

3.9 Order from Admin without applying VAT:

VAT Declaration box will be display here while creating order from Admin.
Here customer can tick condition box and price will display accordingly
Excluding or Including tax. (Below screen-shot shows VAT is not applied).
