HVAC system installation testing and commissioning in new SER building at QP Refinery, Mesaieed.
Provide engineering support and technical expertise to Operating Plants & Pipeline, Major Projects
and Technical projects related to HVAC (Heat, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) discipline through all

and be able to perform / review Cooling and Heating Load calculations and ventilation requirement,
design drawings, HVAC control- and fire protection systems. To select HVAC equipment such as
Chillers, AHUs and HVAC accessories (air outlets, volume dampers, fire dampers, sound attenuators,
etc.) To perform Duct & pipe sizing calculation & preparation of Do&ID, Air flow diagram, General
Arrangement for ducting layout. Knowledge of codes and standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA,
ASME, ASTM, NFPA, etc is a must along with working knowledge of application software for heat
load calculation and duct & Pipe design software & Equipment Selection Software.

Description of Job Profile with HVAC( Potential consultant/Semac consultant):-

Lead a Team of Design Engineers & Draftsmen in giving Deliverables to the Client.

Working on Space Allocations, Heat Load, Duct sizing, pressure drop calculations, selection of
pipes, Concept Design, Detailed Design, Tender Documents, GFCs etc. Working on various HVAC
Software like E-20( Heat load/Hourly Load-HAP), Tempest( Hourly Load), etc
Presentations to Clients on Building Services and obtain their Clearance to proceed further,
Presentation to clients on Conceptual, Detailed Designs for approvals
Detailed Design on Building Management Systems, IBMS, Value Engineering presentations. Co
ordination with other services like Electrical, Structural, Fire Fighting, Plumbing etc

Tagging Clearance and ordering of ducts based on site requirement. Involved in Installation and Coordination with other MEP services( Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, BMS, Access
Control, CCTV etc) at site based on co-ordinate drawings. Inspection clearance by cultivating key

University Campus consisting of 25 multistory buildings of various departments,
laboratories, research labs and Central Data centre. The job has been distributed among 10 Jn.
Engineers, Formans and Sr. Technicians who reports to me on day to day matters. I report to
the Project Director who is from
Centralized Air Conditioning system checking, tribal shutting, (TAB) Air and Hydraulic
blessing, Commissioning, Controls and direct all activities for the technicians assigned under
his responsibilities
Supply Chain Management through independent ordering of materials. Expediting
deliveries of all HVAC components like pipes, threaded fittings, welded fittings, insulation
materials, heat exchangers, CHW pumps, AHUs, Fans, Grills etc
Supervises the installation of all air-conditioning, services for new and current projects
Monitors his technician's timekeeping and signs their monthly timesheets.
Making work Schedule, maintenance chart completes and signs all service requests once the
work is satisfactorily completed.
Measurement of Variable quantities, Scrutinization and Certification of contractors bills.
Maintaining quality control & records as per ISO procedures. TAB works along with
Flushing and Chemical treatment follow-up till handover.
ACHIEVEMENT:Worked more than 12 Buildings EIL Report, TAB and Commissioning done.
