Dear Vendor;

It’s time to plan for the summer and it’s time to book your spot at the 119th Murillo Fair.
The date for the 2010 Murillo Fair is August 28 & 29. We have space available for
vendors of all types- food, merchandise, and business, promotional and farmers market
and crafters.

We are gearing up for another great year at the fair. Attached is a vendor contract that
may pertain to yourself or your business/organization. Remember vendors are booked
on a first come, first serve basis. Booking early gives you an opportunity to help choose
a location for your concession, but it is at the discretion of the Director in charge. We
make every effort to accommodate everyone. We also have a fair book and if you would
like to place an ad it is $45.00 full page, 1/2 page $35.00 or 1/4 page $20.00.

The Operator agrees to hold the OAS and its members or agents harmless and free from liability
because of personal injury to, or damage to, the property of the operator, his agents, servants,
employees or third persons while in or on the premises occupied by the Operator as a result of
the operation performed or functions held by the OAS. The Operator agrees to abide by the rules
and regulations as posted by the OAS, as attached hereto and these rules and regulations shall be
considered part of this agreement.
The Operator’s signature below indicated that he/she has received a copy of said rules and
regulations and that he/she has read and understands them.

A. All rental fees must be paid in full when contract is returned.
B. Fees are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.
10. AUTHORIZATION
A. All rentals must be authorized by the OAS board of directors.
B. The OAS retains the right to refuse the rental of space to any person/organization.
C. The OAS has the right to close down any operator who, in its opinion, is operating in a manner
detrimental to the well being of the Murillo Fair.
D. Deadline for contracts is no later than August 20, 2010.
