The Players:
Each side shall consist of 11 players, one of whom shall be captain.
Nomination of Players.
Each captain shall nominate 11 players plus a maximum of 4 substitute
fielders in writing to the Umpire. No player (member of the playing eleven)
may be changed after the nomination without the consent of the opposing
captain.
Only those nominated as substitute fielders shall be entitled to act as
substitute fielders during the match, unless the umpire, in exceptional
circumstances, allows subsequent additions.
All the nominated team players shall be deemed to have agreed to abide by all
the applicable GCL Regulations and in particular, the Code of Conduct for
Players and Team Officials
A player who has been suspended from participating in a match shall not,
from the toss of the coin and for the remainder of the match thereafter:

3. The Umpires
GOVERNING COUNCIL OF GCL shall appoint umpires for each match.
The umpires shall control the game as required by the Laws of this game with
absolute impartiality.
The umpires shall be the final judges of the fitness of the ground, weather and light
for play.
4. A Tie :
If the scores are equal, the result will be a tie and no account shall be taken of the
number of wickets which have fallen. In the event of a tied match the teams shall,
compete in a Super Over to determine the winner.
If Super Over also results in a tie then the team scoring maximum number of
boundaries (including super over) in the match shall be declared as winner.
5. League Table:
The league competition table for the League shall be compiled by Governing
Council of GCL, the positions in which shall be determined by the number of points
gained with points being awarded as follows:
2 points for each match won;
1 point per team taking part in any match with no result
0 points for any match lost or forfeited.
The team with the highest number of points shall be at the top of the table and the
team with the lowest shall be at the bottom.
Where teams have an equal number of points then their relative positions shall be
determined by net-runrate. If following the net run rate calculation above there are
teams which are still equal, then the team with the higher number of wickets taken
per fair balls bowled in the matches played in the league will be placed in the higher
position.
6. Net Run Rate:
Net runrate shall be calculated as per the general ICC Rules.
7. No Ball:
Foot fault No-balls.
Full-Toss over waist height.
If a bowler bowls a ball underarm the umpire shall call and signal no ball, and the
ball is to be re-bowled overarm.
More than two bouncers in an over above shoulder height.
No-Ball as mentioned in point no. 9.
Any other instances according to ICC General Rules.
Free Hit will be awarded for all kind of no balls mentioned above.
