Ordering Point and Inventory

Apparel and Non Apparel
According to the owner Mrs. Cecilia C. Paras, they dont have a definite time of when
ordering their products. New items will be ordered when they run out of stocks and the slow
purchased items will remain. They have a log book where they write all the purchased items and
the sales lady will sign in the log book. This is their way to know which item needed to be
replenish. Their most purchased items are the ready to wear (RTW) dresses, and blouses.
Recommendation:
We recommend that they should have a steady plan and strategy in terms of their
inventory and ordering point. If they continue their current approach in this concern they will
have a big problem. Also they must redecorate and clean their store, because of the many items
being displayed all at once it became so messy and its hard to find a certain item. They should
also fix their ventilation.
