Terms & Conditions

Scheme herewith refers to the ORIS Aaya Sawan Jhoom Ke scheme a special
program from L&T for its DSPs.
While selecting the targeted slab DSP have to ensure minimum 20% growth on ORIS
Sale done by him in Q1.
Incase of between slab achievement lower slab will be considered. No Pro-rata
calculations allowed.
For new DSPs minimum qualifying value is INR 50,000 during scheme period.
DSP will get receive Scheme benefits only after 100% achievement of Slab taken by
him subject to all payment being cleared within 15 days from the invoice date.

The scheme is applicable on ORIS - wiring accessories invoiced from 1 August 15 to

31 October 15.
Any Special price order/project order, if any, invoiced during scheme period, shall not
be included for scheme value calculation.
The Invoice value considered is the without VAT value of the bill - subject to realisation
of all payments within 15 days from invoice date.
Any invoice for which payments are cleared beyond 15 day will not be considered
while calculating eligibility for the scheme.
ORIS Aaya Sawan Jhoom Ke Scheme gifts cannot be exchanged for cash/credit note or
discount.
Tour Packages are EX-Airport, in India.
Traveling expenses for travel within India will have to be borne by the DSPs.
Exclusions :
- 3.5% GST is not included
- Visa and Visa Fees not included
- Any expense of personal nature such as drinks, laundry and camera permits etc.
- Tips to guide and Driver
- Travel Insurance
All Tours will be from Jan 2016 to April 2016.
Tanishq Gift voucher or equivalent value gift voucher will be given for respective
Scheme achievers.
Incase of any disputes, L&Ts verdict will be final and binding.
