SCOPE OF WORK (CONTD)

The Contractor shall carry out the following Works to complete debottlenecking of
GC-17 and all associated Works as specified in all parts per clause 2.3 of this Technical
Specification and Drawings provided as minimum:

2.2.1 Project and Construction Management

2.2.2 Detailed site survey, Slit trenching, Soil investigation
2.2.3 Verification of design. Tie-in locations and other related project works based on the site
condition and finalization,
2.2.4 Detailed engineering through approved subcontractor per Contract Specification
2.2.5 Vendor drawing review and incorporation of vendor data of items and equipment
supplied by Company and Contractor.
2.2.6 Review, finalize and procure all tagged equipment under this Contract.
2.2.7 Review, quantify, finalize and procure all bulk items with adequate margins to complete
the debottlenecking scope.
2.2.8 QA/QC Works
2.2.9 Construction Works
2.2.10 Installation of Company and Contractor supplied equipment and completion of all
associated works as per approved drawings and HSE studies.
2.2.11 Relocate, modify, reroute and demolish civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation,
electrical, fire-fighting, cathodic protection items, etc.in the existing facility according
to the scope, detailed engineering and site conditions.
2.2.12 Provision of personnel, heavy and light construction equipment
2.2.13 Provide clear well graded work site for Design Package-2 (DP-2) contractor and other
associated system works
2.2.14 Test, pre-Commission, Commission and Performance test
2.2.15 Train Company Operating and Maintenance personnel covering the existing facility and
the new equipment and systems (Contractor and Company Supplied) incorporated into
the debottlenecking work of this Contract in a systematic, discipline-wise and modular
manner inclusive of on-the-job training. Submit Training Manual.
2.2.16 Complete all works pertaining to assetization of all items incorporated under this
Contract in line with eBeams requirement of the Company
2.2.17 Development, Improvising and Submittal of As-Built PMS 3D Model incorporating the
existing facility, the additional equipment of this Contract, scopes of other ongoing
projects including the electrical and instrument junction boxes. The PMS model as
completed for the FEED Work shall be handed over to the Contractor for evaluating
and further developing.
2.2.18 Submittal of As-Built and Project Dossiers

The Contractor shall carry out all works specified in the following parts of the Technical
Specifications and the relevant Appendices:
Part I - General
Part II - Process Works
Part III - Mechanical and Piping Works
Part IV - Electrical Works
