Historical Analysis
The company's major activities in the 1970s include storage, food
processing, research and quality control, marketing services, and trading. Its
storage facilities included the Central Refrigerated Warehouse (CRW) with
chilling rooms, freezer storage, ice plant, blast freezers and refrigerated
processing rooms. Also, it has a slaughterhouse, chicken dressing plant and a
multi-purpose warehouse for dry storage, food-processing facilities for grading,
handling and packaging for foreign market.
In April 1979, the Human Settlements Development Corporation took
over the ownership and management of the company. In April 1980, by virtue
of Letter of Instructions No. 1013, FTI was classified as a Government Owned
and Controlled Corporation. The FTI then became a major subsidiary of the
NFA to further strengthen its position in the integrated growth and
development of the food industry.
Food trading, food processing, including slaughtering operations were
suspended in 1989 because of conflict with free trade market forces. After
operating continuously for 30 years, cold storage also ceased operations in
2004 due to technical problems and viability concerns.
It tell us that no matter what the problem is, as long as the company
stick on their vision, mission and its goals still they will overcome and arise
above. And of course without the help of the active officials and employees the
companies still develop and innovate programs that can sustain its products to
their customers.

X. Social Analysis
Basically we are knowledgeable enough to know this kind of problem,
due to the fact that this program is built to promote opportunities to Filipino
people by the help of our government. But, then as how official handling the
program is concern we can see the reluctant services among officials thats
why its lead to a major problem that tends them to sale it Ayala company.
Technically, it is agreeable to the current research findings. One of this is
giving incentives to the one employees most study shows thats why people tend
to go out to the company is due to lack of incentives that are given to them.

And it leads to a major problem though you can hire other people but question
is, are they completive enough to shallow those employees whos been serving
the company so long.
The population of most employees whos working the company since
then, and due to lack of incentives the size of affected employees is becoming
bigger and bigger.
If we defined the characteristics of this problem, we can say it is very
alarming or chaotic in sense that Filipino worker tend to quit their job and find
a higher salary and a bigger incentives.
Simply, put this means expanding the organizations market reach the
problem or improving real productive capacity is to establish a culture of long
term value. Loyalty and commitment includes employees, suppliers, and wide
community. The key challenge for management is to create the corporate vision,
mission, strategy, and tactics to unite and guide all constituents.
The goal of FTI is to ensure and maintain our competitive advantage and
elevate the status of the complex and to a globally competitive agro-industrial
commercial hub meeting the international standard, And to be strategic
partner of the business sector in economic development by providing essential
infrastructure facilities and services to support business activities

XI. Economic Analysis

The effect of FTI is to give opportunities to young Filipinos to work here

of Filipino where in it helps entrepreneurs to gain support from this agency to
