Pearson VUE Test Administrator certification program

PEARSON VUE IS RESTORING VALUE TO CERTIFICATION

Pearson VUE took a bold step in our comprehensive plan to restore the value of IT certification. This initiative addresses a
growing threat to the value of IT certification by introducing a series of strategic security enhancements designed to
safeguard customers intellectual property and preserve the integrity of the testing process. Collectively, these measures will
provide a strong deterrent to those that would attempt to steal test items, engage in proxy testing, or otherwise cheat the
system. Moreover, they will aid Pearson VUEs security team in detecting and taking action against those individuals who
engage in misconduct.
All Pearson VUE test centers are required to have the ability to take digital photos and capture digital signatures
of candidates during the admissions process. This will require the purchase of a digital web camera and digital signature
pad. Pearson VUE will provide you with comprehensive training, as outlined on the following pages.
Once you have completed the training outlined in this document, you will know how to use the equipment and understand the
policies and procedures.
CERTIFICATION: TEST ADMINISTRATOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Pearson VUE requires that all Test Administrators are certified to deliver exams, which requires that you take a certification
exam.
RECERTIFICATION
In addition to becoming certified, Pearson VUE requires all Test Administrators to become recertified annually. Each calendar
year, at a time specified by Pearson VUE, you will need to recertify and take the exam required to meet the recertification
requirement.
