PROBLEM DEFINEION:-Why student of PGDM and MCA are fail in

the examination.

SET SYSTEM OBJECTIVE:-The objective of this problem is to find out

following things:-

1.To find out the loopholes in management system.

2.To ameliorate the condition of education system in Chandigarh Business

School.

3.Helpful in solving the different problems of students in CBS.

4.Identification of problems in students.

DETERMINING INFORMATION NEEDS:-The information which are

needed to find the solution of problems are as below:-

1.Information related to their educational background.

2.Information related to their cultural background.

3.Reasons for why student fail in the examination.

SOURCES OF INFORMATION:-The sources of information for

collecting the data are:-

1.Students of PGDM 2ND and 4TH sem and MCA.

2.Class representatives of both sections.
FINDINGS:-By observing the different opinions of students the findings
or conclusion of the survey is as below:-

REPORT:-After observing the different opinions of the students

the findings of the survey is as below:-

.It was the survey done on 50 students of PGDM 2ND and 4TH sem
and MCA.
.Application of non probability sampling method.
.collection of data from each and every students.

FINDINGS:-Findings of the survey in numeric form is as below:-

.About 34% of students believes that students are fail in the
examination because of lack of intrest.

.32%students believes that it is due to lack of knowledge.

.18% students believes that it is a management fault.

FINDINGS CONTINUED:-

.2%of students believes that it is due to lack of effective faculty

members.

.14% of students believes that it is due to the other fault of

students.

CONCLUSIONS:-The conclusions of the findings are as below:-

1. Majority of students believes that students are fail in the

examination and interview because due to lack of intrest
followed by lack of knowledge then fault of management
then other fault of student and minority believes that it is due
to lack of good faculty members.

SOLUTIONS:-The solution for improving the education

system in Chandigarh Business School are as below:-

1.The main factor was lack of interest ,so to increase the interest
of students management should make the sessions interactive as
well as interesting also by adding case studies,role plays etc.

2.Lectureres should use the language which can be easily

understood by students and explain each and every topic by
examples.
3.Proper notes should also be provided.

4.Management should invest more in hiring good faculty

members rather than spending in infrastructure.

5.It is necessary on the part of students to take intrest in study

because they will get some knowledge out of it.

6.Manegment should provide monetary rewards to those student

who secures good marks in the examination.
