Our Limitation
1. If necessary, the Eco Travelers can change the Seat / Cabin.
2. Eco Travelers will not be liable any accident, theft, loss or damages.
3. For changing date or canceling the booking, must be informed the Tickets issuing Authority &
have to follow their rules.
4. Littering is strictly prohibited in the river, shore and tourist spots.
5. Making noise, annoying animal, injury plantation is not allowed.
6. All air, bus, train, rocket tickets will be subject to the cancellation policy of the respective
service providers. Similarly vehicles hired from other companies will be subject to
cancellation policy of the respective transport company. In case of only hotel reservations,
the hotels cancellation policy may be applicable.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
While making a confirm booking of the tour, a payment amounting to 50% of the tour fee is to be
made. The balance to be paid before at least 4 working day of the trip. We accept Cheques& Cash
both.

Responsibility and Conditions:

ECO Travelers will be responsible for the operation of the tours and excursions as mentioned in our
program under the normal situation. So, for personal accident, sickness, loss of baggage during the
tour, delay of Bus, any political problem, any sudden weather changes, creating unusual situation to
conduct this tour, any road accident, river or sea accident etc.; Eco Travelers shall not be responsible.
On the contrary we will extend all possible assistance in overcoming those problems. But the guests
must pay if any cost incurred due to these.
