Mark Rivard, Vice President, Owner

Loss Control Manager, Senior Account Executive
Loss Control Consulting and developing New Clients, Group programs within CA
Tax Enterprise Zones. PGA member, former Golf Instructor, inventor,
manufacturer and distributor of THE PUTTINGTEMPLATE.COM. Large clients
include Bass Lake Water Sports, April Meats, TTR Construction. Focuses on

Amy is presently serving as President of Fresno Association of Insurance Women.
Amy has 10+ years experience handling large clients including Non-Profits,
Government Agencies, Contractors, Manufacturers, and Transportation risks.
She is a licensed P & C agent. Amy is multi talented, skilled in computer
software systems, and experienced in AMS360 online agency management
system and real-time utilization of our system with our insurance carriers.

Ryan Eversole, M.O.S. Master, M.M.I.

Information Technology Manager, Agency Administrator, AMS Trainer,
CCIS Webmaster. AMS 360 Program Administrator for our Agency. Ryan
integrates our Email, Outlook, and AMS360 Agency Management system with our
Carriers’ multiple web-based systems. Ryan installs agency download
capabilities from our participating carriers for policy detailing, automated
commission statements, and real-time policy servicing. Our agents enjoy cutting
edge technology in quoting abilities, sales presentations, and ongoing client and
policy info access and servicing. Over 10 years experience in Agency Network
Systems and Internet Technology, his past positions include Webmaster for
Tikkitek Web Solutions, IT Support for CHIS, Reports Manager and Sales
Telemarketing Trainer for Team Results Inc.

Adrian Rivera, Producer, Senior Account Executive

Multilingual sales agent. Specializing in Health Care Industry, In Patient Facility
Risks, Transportation, and Small Business Owners. 11+ years experience in

Lines Account Executive at Swan Insurance, CSR at Eaton and Eaton Insurance,
and P L Coordinator at Johnsey Insurance Agency.

Darlene Saldana, Receptionist, Client Service Rep Commercial Lines

Darlene is a graduate of Entrepreneurial Training Center. She joined CCIS in
2007 as receptionist and was promoted to CSR position last year. She is
studying for her P & C insurance license. Her prompt attention to detail in
issuing Certificates, Auto ID cards, and Evidence of Insurance for loan closings is
an important part of our commitment to excellence in client services.

Audrey Silk, Receptionist & Assistant Client Service Representative

Audrey is our first impression for our valued clients and insurance companies.
She completed the DETA Training Program and joined CCIS Insurance in 2010.
Audrey skillfully matches callers with agency staff to promptly meet their service
needs. She is trained in Microsoft word, excel, and accounting programs.
Audrey assists in many areas of agency administration and client services
including claims reporting and document handling.

Orfie Sciacqua, CPIW, AIS, Staff Traininer & Mentor

Orfie brings 30+ years experience in Independent Agency Management and
knowledge in all lines of insurance to assist our staff in development.
Orfie is past President of Insurance Women of Fresno, Insurance Woman of the
Year, and has served as Regional, State and Local Representative of NAIW in
many capacities. Her goal is to recruit and encourage new people to go into a
career in the insurance industry. in growth, acheivement and career goals.
