It was a festive atmosphere on a November night in The

Biggest Little City in the World as over 300 people gathered
to witness the 2015 Hall of Fame Induction ceremony.
The Hall of Fame is Elite Legacy Educations most
prestigious award. It was created to recognize those
students who have achieved extraordinary success in
their journey of financial education.
Anthony Humpage, Chief Executive Officer at Legacy
Education Alliance, Inc., welcomed the crowd and
opened the night with a few introductory remarks.
He then introduced former NFL cornerback, Phillip
Buchanon, who shared some motivational thoughts.
Next, each inductees story of financial education and personal
transformation was told through a powerful video presentation.
After their montage played, inductees were welcomed to the
stage, under raucous applause, to receive their award.

The first inductee into the Elite Hall of Fame was Brandon
Bachik. Coming from humble beginnings, Brandon remembers
watching his mom work 60 hours a week just to make ends
meet. He wanted a different life for himself and is grateful for the
opportunity he found in real estate investing.
One year after attending the classes at Elite, he bought his first
mobile home park. His big breakthrough came when he met
his current real estate partner. Together they have created five
different companies with the goal of Transforming Homes, Lives
and Communities.*
The next inductee into the Elite Hall of Fame was David
Hunstein. Moving out of his parents house before he graduated
from high school, David began supporting himself at an early
age. After years of working blue collar jobs, he realized if he
didnt make a change he would spend the rest of his life trading
hours for dollars.
Fast forward to today, with the training he received from Elite
and the help of his mentor Diane Bowman, he discovered how
to leverage other peoples money and has now purchased and/
or sold 200 units. Because of Elite, he is building a legacy and
teaching his children about entrepreneurship. Davids advice to
others is always the same, Get educated and get in the game.*

The next inductee into the Elite Hall of Fame was Eva and
Peter Medilek. A dental hygienist for 30 years, Evas financial
wake-up call came one day in 2010 when she was called into
her employers office and told her salary and hours would be
cut. Eva knew if she didnt make a radical change, she would
be stuck working the rest of her life.

He loves the flexibility investing gives him and he thoroughly

enjoys being in control of his life. His advice to new investors
is to pick a strategy and jump in with both feet and go for it.
You will make mistakes, but learn to embrace them and move
forward with your newfound knowledge.*
Each inductee encountered setbacks and obstacles along
the way. It was through financial education, hard work and
persistence that they were able to achieve a newfound level of
success in their life. And, they arent finished yet.
Please join us in congratulating each of the inductees into
the 2015 Elite Legacy Education Hall of Fame.

Determined to succeed in real estate they took a huge step

of faith, maxed out every credit card they had, and enrolled in
Elite Training. Through hard work, education and the help of
mentors Lauri Waddell and Alex Arriango, they have done three
fix and flips and have 24 rental units. They love being in control
of their life and were able to achieve their dream of owning
property in Germany.*
The final inductee into the Elite Hall of Fame was Matthew
Sewell. Matthew started his journey to financial education
while being deployed in Iraq. He would attend Elite trainings
when he was on leave and take courses online. Today he has
invested in nine homes, 20 units and has flipped an additional
five properties.

And remember, through hard work, dedication and

commitment to your dreams, you could be one of our
inductees in 2016!
* Based on a survey completed in 2013 on behalf of Rich Dad
Education, the typical student who took at least one advanced
training course chose not to complete a transaction. However,
42% of students who took at least one advanced training
course completed anywhere from 1 to 5 deals.
Elite Legacy Education products were critical to the success
of these students to find financial freedom, but they were not
the only factors involved that helped these students succeed.
The results that one can expect will vary depending upon his or
her access to capital, fluctuations in the economy and available
time to engage in investment practices. The results of the Hall
of Fame inductees described above are not typical.

The holiday season is upon us and our mentors schedules are filling up.
Most mentors are scheduling into January and February of 2016. If
you are ready to have a mentor come out and you know who you
would like to mentor you, please get your requests into Mentor Manager,

A few weeks ago we stayed at the Gaylord Palms Resort

for our Orlando Symposium.Its an upscale resort and
convention center that holds itself to the highest standards of
professionalism and service.
In fact, one morning before the sun had even come up, I
noticed a lady from housekeeping polishing a brass cap on
one of the pilings on the pier in front of an on-site restaurant.
A few seconds later, I came across a sign in the
lobby that read:

At the start of 2016, we will be removing CORE and replacing

it with a new class called MOMENTUM.
This class will still cover many of the same key topics
including: Marketing, Power Teams, Acquisition Strategies,
etc. However, we believe it will provide a blueprint that
will improve both our current and future students path to
success.
If you have previously taken CORE and would like to view
it again, we will have the On-Demands still available for a
time.Also, you are welcome to refresh with the Momentum
Class (assuming you have that option, of course).
Regardless, there should be a minimal disruption to your
package. In fact, it should enhance your experience.
