La alianza teraputica
Bordin (1976) defini la alianza como el
encaje y colaboracin entre el cliente y el
terapeuta e identific tres componentes
que la configuran: (a) acuerdo en las
tareas, (b) vnculo positivo y (c) acuerdo
en los objetivos.
Beutler (2002)
Meta-analyses of specific models of psychotherapy suggest
that interventions account for from 5-10% of the variance in
outcome (eg., Shapiro & Shapiro, 1982; Smith, Glass, &
Miller, 1980; Lambert, 1992). Once again, these proportions
are not unlike those obtained and advocated by relatively
strong advocates of the therapeutic relationship. For
example, Horvath and Symonds (1991) found that less than
9% of the variation in outcome was associated with the
quality of the therapeutic relationship, and Martin, Garske,
and Davis (2000) placed the most liberal estimate at 7%.
