Fry 2tsp of olive oil, garlic,
1 shallot, 1 carrot, 5 asparagus
spears, 1/2 leek & courgette,
1 tomato. Mix in 150g of
wholewheat spaghetti and
2tbsp of crme frache. Serve
with 1tbsp of Parmesan. Plus
1 scoop of choc ice cream.
