SEMESTER 3

The programme aims to provide a multidisciplinary

practice of building services and building construction and maintenance. This will naturally help to

APPLICATION REQUIREMENT

SYNOPSIS
The three year programme will provide the graduates with the needed skills and knowledge to
function effectively in the architectural industry
with the possibility of pursuing an architectural
degree. The students would therefore undergo a
programme that would provide them with appropriate technological and design skills crucially
needed by the industry. The knowledge and skills
being provided will enable them to contribute
responsibly to the quality of the built environment
and to the general advancement of architecture
within a career in the building design industry. The
programme will also develop an understanding of

SYNOPSIS
This course will expose the students to the basic
aspects of knowledge in Quantity Surveying
theoretically and practically. The programme will be
carried out in both theoretically and practically such
as lecture, studio work, computer theories and
practical training at firms. The scope of the
programme covers the :Measurement, Construction economics, Professional practice, Management, Construction legal and law, Procurement and
contract, Construction and services. The graduates
from this programme will have the potential to
work in both private and public sector. In addition,
they will also have opportunities to further their
