appropriate questions.
2) The client demonstrated consistent performance and cooperative behavior in this FCE. Subjective input matched objective
data. This FCE is considered to be a valid and reliable representation of the clients safe work abilities.
Recommendations
1) Recommended to use correct body mechanic when lifting heavy loads from floor level to higher body level to prevent from
back injury. Properly shift weight distribution to avoid too much stressed on left feet.
2) Recommend to use good-gripped shoes to walk faster.
3) With clients limited visual field, it is recommend to always aware and keep a look out for possible hazard above head and
on the ground.
4) When walking on uneven ground, client is recommend to aware of each steps whereby he tends to drag his feet and
theres a possibility to trip and fall.
5) Recommend client to pace his fine motor movement if using his affected hand as hes tend to initiate the use of his
shoulder. Therefore shoulder fatigue might also occur when this movement is prolonged.
6) Recommend to pace movement and aware of fatigue.
