WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

In order to support the company through its significant growth we are looking for a
talented & enthusiastic Cash & Credit Manager to join our Operations team.
As a Cash & Credit Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
CASH MANAGEMENT
Manage day-to-day treasury operations & ensure all payments are processed
accurately / in the most optimal way and within established deadlines
Troubleshoot and resolve payment-related queries
Handle new bank account / opening documentation, KYC compliance and signer
updates
Develops and executes treasury policies, procedures, reporting, and metrics
dashboard.
Participate in the implementation of a complete Treasury & Cash Management
System, in an international environment (+10 banks in 15 different countries)
Lead strategic thinking to optimize the use of payment systems, check collections,
and information reporting to secure & enhance treasury-related processes
Participate in the development of strong banking relationships and negotiate terms
for services with banks and other financial services providers
Develop reconciliation process of bank fees, review banking structure and make
justifiable recommendations for improvements. Takes an active role in researching
and recommending process efficiencies and improvements
Create Top Management Treasury-related KPI Dashboards
Collaborate with other departments on the development of business strategies which
impact treasury.
Stay abreast of emerging laws, regulations and industry / peer trends and
benchmarking and ensures identification and prioritization of system enhancement
/modules in support of related process / function
CREDIT MANAGEMENT
Ensure reconciliation of incoming transactions accurately and within established
deadlines
Work with the Finance & IT department in the development / improvement of
automatic credit allocation processes (the right amount to the right customer at the
right time)
Ensures quality processes and customer satisfaction in processing of collection

Desired Skills
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Finance / Treasury
Strong understanding of various payment flows & related processes (local and cross
border wires, SEPA/ACH)
Strong organization, documentation, and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently (++)

Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships

Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio)
Fluency in French & English

Experience
3-5 years of experience in Treasury and / or Cash Management in large companies
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Finance / Accounting
Previous experience with Cash & Treasury Management software a plus
Knowledge of Treasury / Banking Industry
