Sample Design:
A Sample design is a definite plan for obtaining a sample from a given population. It
refers to the technique or the procedure that the researcher would adopt in selecting
items for the sample. Sample design may as well lay down the number of items to be
including in the sample i.e., the size of the sample
Sampling Procedure:
The customers were selected by the convenience sampling method. The selection of
units from the universe based on their easy availability and accessibility to the
researcher is known as convenience sampling.
Convenience sampling is best in survey dealing with an exploratory purpose for
generating ideas.
Secondary Data:
Secondary data is the information that already exist somewhere, which has been
collected for another purpose. In this study, secondary data has been collected from

1. Charts:
A chart, also called a graph, is a graphical representation of data. It is represented by
symbols, bar chart, and pie chart.
2. Pie Chart
A pie chart is a graphical representation of the data where all the aspects will be
considered and be represented in a circular diagram with respective shades and
information in it this pie diagram can be used for the graphical representation through
partition and dividing the circle on basis of the information.
3. Bar Graph
A Bar Graph is a type of mathematical diagram using Cartesian coordinates to display
values for two variables for a set of data. The data is displayed as a collection of bar,
each having the value of one variable determining the position on the horizontal axis
and the value of the other variable determining the position on the vertical axis.

Tools for data analysis:Analysis Fishbone:Fishbone diagram is an analysis tool to provide systematic way of understanding
effects and the causes that create those effects. The design of the diagram looks like
the skeleton of a fish hence, it is referred to as the fishbone diagram.
Dr. Kaoru Ishikawa, a Japanese quality control statistician, invented the fishbone
diagram. It referred to as the Ishikawa diagram. Also fishbone is referred to as a
cause-and-effect diagram.
Fishbone diagram is a great value in assisting teams in categorizing the many
potential causes of problems or issues in a systematic way and helps identifying root
causes.
Cause and Effect Analysis was devised by Professor Kaoru Ishikawa, a pioneer of
quality management, in the 1960s. The technique was then published in his 1990
book, "Introduction to Quality Control."
The diagrams that create with are known as Ishikawa Diagrams or Fishbone Diagrams
(because a completed diagram can look like the skeleton of a fish).
Although it was originally developed as a quality control tool, you can use the
technique just as well in other ways. For instance, you can use it to:
The tool which helps to the study of work life balance is Fishbone analysis.

The design of the diagram looks much like a skeleton of a fish. Fishbone
diagrams are typically worked right to left, with each large "bone" of the fish
branching out to include smaller bones containing more detail.
Analyse process dispersion with this simple, visual tool. The resulting diagram
illustrates the main causes and sub causes leading to an effect (symptom).
Uses of Fishbone Diagram:Fish bone identifies the possible causes for a problem.

Advantages:
The fishbone will help to visually display the many potential causes
for a specific problem or effect. It is particularly useful in a group
setting and for situations in which little quantitative data is available
for analysis.
The fishbone has an ancillary benefit as well. Because people by
nature often like to get right to determining what to do about a
problem, this can help bring out a more thorough exploration of the
issues behind the problem which will lead to a more robust solution.

categories.
Think again why does this happen? about each cause. Write subcauses
branching off the causes. Continue to ask Why? and generate deeper levels
of causes. Layers of branches indicate causal relationships.
