Reinforcing steel bars of nominal diameter from 14 to 32 mm can be manufactured with corrosion protection coating that ensures the
marketable state of the reinforcing steel surface up to 90 days.
Bundle and coil sizes
Reinforcing steel bars are manufactured in 6 to 12 m length and with maximum deviation of -0/+100 mm for standard length. Upon
agreement with the customer steel rebar can be manufactured of other length. The bundle weight is up to 5 t.
Steel rebar in coils is produced with weight up to 600 kg and 1100 - 2100 kg.
The products are bound with wire rod of 5.5 to 7.0 mm.
The products are marked with label containing the following data:
- Name and (or) trade mark of the manufacturer;
- Name of the customer;
- Contract/specification number;
- Country of destination;
- Dimension of the steel products (size, length);
- Heat number;
- Batch number;
- Weight.
Note. Content of marking may be changed as per agreement between the customer and manufacturer.
Deformed reinforcing steel can be marked with identification to state the manufacturing company, strength grade etc.

Coils with mass up to 1100-2100 kg have 4 radial bindings and 1 transversal binding of wire rod of 5.5-7.0 mm.
Marking:
Each coil is marked with two labels indicating the following:
name and (or) trade mark of the manufacturer;
steel grade;
heat and lot numbers;
dimension (diameter);
mass, kg (for coils with mass to 1100-2100 kg);
country of destination.
