Core companies arent less in number, but they prefer Elite

Institutes students.

Vacancies are filled by either by offering internships to

student of Premier Institutions or by employees references.

Internship Portals can be a solution for such a problem, but

there is a need to broaden the horizons of these web portals.

Companies to be approached are :

PSUs & Govt. Organisations Its Mandatory for these companies

to offer training to various professionals course students in due to
strict guidelines from Govt. of India.

Private Firms MNCs offer internships to share their work culture

& to make pre-placements offers.

Each PSU has a set number of vacancies to be offered.

So question is Why PSU will post it internships on Internshala ?

For instance, If XYZ has 100 vacancies for summer training then it
will easier to convince them to post at least 10 out of 100.

PSU has internships process centralized.

There is no shortage in applications for same + Employees

Reference + Campus Offerings.
We cant convince them to post all the vacancies, but at least
some of it.

Through Quality assurance we can convince.

Private mechanical firms can be classified as

Weeks).
Locating & making list wont be tedious job.

TIER 2-3 companies are SMEs.

Supply unfinished products & raw material to TIER 1 sector.
Positive response not expected as staff generally consist of labour.
Stipend cant be expected.
Difficult to locate & make list.

TIER 3 Companies providing raw materials.

Joints, assembling joint with shaft.

OEM Assembling drive shafts with rest of the

car.
