Describe a difficult experience at work and how you handled it.
One of the difficulties that I had experience is when my parents got separated and I take the
responsibility to my younger siblings and handling our daily finances. From that experience I became
more responsible and always think before making a decision.

Im efficient and highly organized. This enables me to be as productive as possible on the job. Im a
critical thinker. I always find alternative solutions to problems and have an open mind about what
will work best. Im a people person. I really enjoy meeting and working with a lot of different people.
I am a detail oriented person. I pay attention to all the details, and like to be sure that everything is
just right.
Describe your best boss and your worst boss.
My best boss is a person who is approachable, he is open to discuss ideas and try to develop my
skills challenging me to do new things. My worst boss was a man who has never criticized my work,
didn't give feedback about my work.
Describe your career goals.
When I graduated from college I want to make successful contributions in my position. Once I have
achieved all I can with this, I would like to aim for further challenges such as management and team
leadership.
Describe your work style.
I am very focused on my work, and make sure that everything was right and will be accomplish on or
before the deadlines. Im organized and efficient and Im able to multi-task very well.
Do you prefer to work alone or on a team?
I am equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Working independently
makes me focus more and concentrate on my work however, working as part of a team would give
me an advantage to consult and ask for some assistance with my co-employee whenever needed.
Give some examples of teamwork.
Way back in high school every year level with different sections were required doing lanterns
whenever Christmas is approaching. Our adviser would choose 5-8 students to do the lanterns. As
part of the lantern makers we need to plan, exert effort, and make the lantern presentable and
attractive, with our team work it was being accomplished before the deadline and we were included
in the top 5.
Have you ever had difficulty working with a manager?
I would say that I have never really had a problem working with anyone. I always try to find our
common ground, and get along with everyones different personality.
Have you gotten angry at work? What happened?
I do not get angry easily, but whenever I am, I take a long breath and think what will be the impact
of my anger in that situation. I always try to look at every situation from an analytical perspective,
and not let my emotions dictate my actions. That feeling helps to control my anger.
How do you handle pressure?
Im not a person who has a difficult time with stress. When Im under pressure, I focus, and get the
job done.
How do you measure success?
I measure success by meeting the goals set by my supervisors and my fellow workers and the
positive feedback I receive from my peers, supervisors and subordinates.
How long do you expect to work for this company?
I would like to pursue my career here for as long as I have the opportunity to. It is not my intention
to apply for this role and then leave after a while.
How much do you expect to get paid? / What are your salary requirements?
As a fresher my first priority will be take the opportunity to improve my skills and enhance my
knowledge. I think you are the better person in justifying on how I should be paid with my abilities.
How would you handle it if your boss was wrong?
It depends on the situation and the personality of the supervisor. But I will stay calm and always
speak to him/her politely.

Im confident that if you asked my friends that question they would say you should hire me because
I have the skills outlined in the job description. Words theyve used to describe me are:

I can be flexible when it comes to my work environment. I have preferred a fast-paced working
environment, but I also love to experience new things. Whenever I experience something new, I
learn something valuable. New environments are a way to develop new, vital skills.

I want a position where I'll be challenged. I want to learn a lot of new things and I want to

One of my greatest passions is helping others. As I grew older, that habit grew and I desired to help
others as well. I like helping people find solutions that meet their specific needs. I want to do my

I would expect that my supervisor will be approachable. If I have an issue or idea with anything I

I find the most difficult decisions to make are one when you are rushed. Not having enough time to
fully explore the problem can give negative impact on the outcome.

I think one of the most important things I've learned is persistence. Not to give up too soon, because
the solution is probably right in front of me.
