Qualifications

Work with the senior management for proposal development in the areas of technical
content, financial planning, human resource planning and management;
Coordinate between the BD team and the Technical Experts for requirements of
Technical write up for proposals;
Identify business development opportunities from international and bilateral agencies,
as well Government clients in alignment with the strategic plan of IPE Global;
Develop network and relationships with other consultancy firms, institutions and
individuals working in the sectors;
Working with the senior team members to ensure oversight and management of
projects including managing communication channels with the client;
Over time, assume increased responsibilities as a member of the senior management
team of the company;
Masters or higher degree in areas of Business Administration, Social Sector Development
(health and nutrition; education; water, sanitation, and hygiene), Economics, Public Financial
Management or any other related fields

Experience
Requirements

Minimum 7-10 years experience of which at least 4 years experience in Business

Development

Essential Skills

Excellent writing and communication skills in English

Excellent client management and coordination skills including demonstrated experience of
successfully undertaking client negotiations
