Multimillion listings continue to raise the bar in real estate globally. In one such landmark
deal, a Florida mansion set the record for the most expensive listing at US $135 million
earlier this year. The record was recently broken by a Beverly Hills residential compound at
US $195 million. The rare, expansive 25-acre property offers views of the iconic Los Angeles
canyons and city lights, and comes with its own vineyard.

Earlier in May, a penthouse at One Hyde Park was reportedly sold for US $237 million (140
million). The previous record of the worlds most expensive apartment was US $221 million
in 2011.

Located in Greenwich, the property was originally listed for US $190 million in May 2013.
The house boasts a 13,519-square-foot main house with 12 bedrooms, seven full baths and
two half baths and a wood-paneled library. Owned previously by timber tycoon John Rudey,
Copper Beech Farm is also equipped with a solarium, a wine cellar, and a three-story-high,
wood-paneled foyer.
The 60,000-square foot compound bought from real estate tycoon Donald Trump was
originally listed for US $125 million. The home includes diamond and gold fixtures and a
garage that parks around 50 cars.
