Travel and Booking conditions
General:
During winter season the prices are valid per person per day incl. evening diner, service
and taxes (excl. visitor’s tax), and the free use of our spa-area. Children until 3 years are free
of charge, cot € 60,– per stay/week. Children from 4 until 12 years: 50% reduction in the
same room as two full-paying guests. 3rd Person in the room from 13 years: 20% reduction.
Surcharge for a short stay (until 3 overnights) € 10,– per person per day.
If half board is cancelled at the reception desk before noon on the same day an € 8.- red-
uction per person can be granted. This not apply to packages or special offers.
During summer season the prices are valid per person per day incl. breakfast, the surcharge
for half board is € 19,– per person per day and € 12,– per child per day (4 – 12 years).
Cancelation policy:
We recommend a travel insurance with the European travel insurance. Our Reception will
inform you! Cancelation: 60 days prior to arrival: no charges. 60 until 30 days prior to arrival:
we charge 40% to the original reservation. 30 until 7 days prior to arrival: we charge 70% to
the original reservation. 7 days prior to arrival: we charge 90% to the original reservation.
By late arrival or early departure: We charge 100% to the original reservation.
Day of departure and day of arrival:
On your day of departure you can keep your room until 11.00 a.m., otherwise we charge an
extra day. Rooms are available for arrival at 03.00 p.m.. We cannot guarantee the booking
of a special room number or floor, but we consider your wishes.
As a DEPOSIT we accept (for a stay for one week € 400,–/otherwise it depends on your stay):
