Fendercare Marine provides a comprehensive range of deck and quayside
products and services through our network of bases worldwide.
Our deck equipment is manufactured to OCIMF guidelines, where
relevant, ensuring quality every time. Utilising state of the art 3D Finite
Element Analysis we are able to customise solutions to meet your needs.
We also specialise in the specification and manufacture of emergency and
barge towing equipment.
Our quayside solutions range from bollards to quick release mooring
hooks and total jetty management systems. The latest addition to our
bollard range - the triton, combines innovative design with advanced
materials, resulting in considerable cost savings. We also design and
produce bespoke solutions for specific applications, just call one of our
team to find out how we can help.
We also stock a diverse range of marine hardware including anchors,
shackles, swivels, chains and fittings, available new, used and
reconditioned.

The bollard can be loaded with two mooring ropes each
with a breaking strength not exceeding the values in
the tables. Wound in figure of eight fashion, approx.
five turns per bitt. The bollard can be loaded with one
towing rope laid in a single sling over one of the bitts
and with a breaking strength not exceeding the values
in the table.
ASSEMBLY ON SHIP
1. Position the base onto the finished deck location
2. Insert the bitt tubes into the base
3. Raise the base plate and weld bitts to deck
4. Lower baseplate and weld to bitts and deck.
