AccordingtoPlato,thestoryoriginatedwithAncientEgyptianpriests.
SomepeoplebelievethatthestoriesarefictionsmadeuptoservethepurposesofPlatosdialogs.
Butotherstakethemasiftheywereserioushistoricalaccounts.
TherehavebeendozensperhapshundredsoflocationsproposedfortheclassicalAtlantis.
Somearemoreorlessseriousattemptsatlegitimatescholarlyorarchaeologicalworksothershave
beenmadebypsychicorotherpseudoscientificmeans.Ascontinentaldriftbecamebetter
understoodandacceptedduringthe1950s,mostLostContinenttheoriesofAtlantishavebeen
provenconclusivelyfalse.
Somecultureshavelostcivilizationmyths.Insomecases,ithasbeenarguedthatthereisa
commonhistoricaleventorreallostcivilizationattherootofsomeoralloftheselegends,butthere
isconsiderabledisagreementbetweenthecompetinghypotheses.Itmaybethattheselegendshave

controversialandtantalisingstorieseverwritten.Onceuponatime,hesaid,therehadexisteda

Firstly,itsimportanttopointoutthatAtlantiswasnottheonlycontinentfromancienttimesthatsank
beneaththewaves.TherewasthehugecontinentofLemuriawhichalsoincorporatedother
countrieslikeMuandMarinthePacificOcean,andLumaniaintheIndianOcean.Remnantsofthe
lostcontinentsmaystillbeseenasthepeaksoftheirmountainsmakesmallislandsinthemiddleof
vastoceansEasterIslandisthoughttobearemnantofLemuriaandstillbearsthegreatstone
statues,thoughonlytheirheadsareshowingabovetheground.

TheoriginalAtlanteanswereofextraterrestrialoriginandcametoearthover50thousandyears
ago.Theywereofhumanshape,butnotmodernearthhumansasweare.Theywereverytalland
fairskinnedandprobablyoriginatedfromtheLyrianstarsystem.TheyarealsoknownastheElohim
orAnnunakiandtheirstoryishiddeninthetextsofGenesis.Theyhadlifespansofaround800years
andareknowninsometextsasthetallones.
MostallancientcivilizationsbelievedintheTitans,theraceofgianthumansthatinhabitedEarthlong
ago.Differentracesknewthembydifferentnames.These7to12foothumanoidswerethoughttobe
legendaryuntiltheexcavationofoveradozenskeletons8to12feettall,aroundtheworld,shocked
archaeologists.TheSpanishConquistadorsleftdiariesofwildblondhaired,blueeyed8to12foot

TechnologyonAtlantis
TheAtlanteanconsciousnesseventuallyevolvedfromalessmaterial,fourthdimensionalform
towardthesensual,orphysical.Farfrombeingliketheotherancientcivilizationsthatweknow
about,theleveloftechnologyreachedwhenAtlantiswasatitspeakwasfarsuperiortoourown.

physicalworldessentiallyforthestimulation.Theylovedstorms.Wholeareasoftheirlandweregiven
over,likenationalparks,toviolentdisplaysofatmosphericturbulence.Theirservants,ofcourse,
werelessfondoftheseevents,whichcouldkntheequivalentofartisitclicencespilloverandkill
them,destroytheirhomes,etc.IftheAtlanteansnoticedand/orcared,theycouldrestoreallthis

Theyalsohadtheabilitytoeffectgeologicaleventsfortheirexperientialpleasure.Volcanicfountains
wereafavourite,butmuchwasdonewithsteamandmineralventingforartisticresult.Theyhad
plentyoftime.Theearlieroneswerestillimmortal.Morethanonevolcanicseamountpokingitshead
abovethewatersoftheAtlanticOceanstartedoutthisway.Later,ofcourse,theylostcontrol.
TherealcoreofAtlanteantechnologythatcanstillbeduguparoundtheearthwasfarbeyond
somethingassimpleasweathercontrol.Whathasattractedthemilitarylikecarrionisthethreshold
technology.SomehintofthisfloatedupinthemovieStargate,exceptthattheAtlanteanversion
couldbecalledProbabilityGate.Itsasolidstatedevice(withnoselectablediallikethestargatein

AtlanteanCrystals
TheAtlanteansusedcrystalsquiteextensively,andmisusedthemtosuchadegreethatthey
eventuallyledtothecatastrophewhichcausedAtlantistodisappearintotheocean.
TheAtlanteansusedtheknowledgeofthecrystalrefraction,amplificationandstorage.Itisknown
thatabeamoflightdirectedintensleyandfocusedspecificallyoncertainseriesoffacetsinagem
will,whenitexitsfromthereflectiveplaneofthegem,beamplifiedratherthandiminished.And
