RP admits to throwing her drink at the window when the

Narrative:
RP reports a suspicious vehicle, silver mini van, was parked
in front of her house. RP approached the MV and spoke to 2
black males who said they were meeting someone at Plain St.
RP said the MV smelt of marijuana. RP states the males
left the area and the vehicle is now parked on the side of
the roadway on Plain St by the North Attleboro line. Ofc
Sparrow and Ofc Ellender/Hachey responding.
Narrative:
Officers checked the area unfounded. Ofc Sparrow checked 245
Plain, no vehicle matching the desciption. Clear.
Narrative:
Ofc Ellender spoke to the RP who states the MV also had a
loud exhaust and a hub cap missing on the passengers side.
Ofc Ellender checked Brown Ave, unfounded. RP was instructed
by Ofc Ellender to call if the MV returns and attempt to get
a plate number.
