Pork Barrel,

Binay is not for the

abolition of pork
barrel; will revisit SC
decision in favor of
creating a new form
of pork barrel in
Congress

At the height of the

pork barrel scam,
Honasan supported
the abolition of the
Priority
Development

Assistance Fund,
said it should not be
revived under a
different name or
process. He pushed
for a shift from the
lump sum to a line
item budgeting
system

Duterte wants to

abolish the Pork

Barrel System and
DAP. No one in
government,
including himself,
will hold lump sums
He will dissolve
Congress and
impose martial law
if the lawmakers

refuse to let go of
the pork money.
Cayetano pinpoints
the existence of
executive pork

Cayetano says that
the lawmakers do
not have a say in
the allocation of
pork barrel funds

Poe is not keen on

legislators should

Transparency in
spending pork is
important
Escudero called for
the abolition of the

Robredo was one of

the legislators who
supported the
abolition of the

of the pork barrel
scam controversy.
Robredo also
proposed to convert

PDAF to district
development fund
under performancebased system where
constituents can
nominate projects
that they want

Has a very clear position

regarding PDAF and
Lump-sum
appropriations. She
wants full abolition of
PDAF, and DAP in all
their forms and lumpsum appropriations, as
well as total rejection of
the redefinition of
savings
Wants to expedite the
