also generate messages for due balances in students fee.
The system is designed for fee management of a college administration
department. It makes searching records easier and faster.
In this project we will try to implement a system that can automate the
whole process of no-dues collection in fee and make it easier and
comfortable for both students and administration.

1.1 Problem Statement

The aim of problem statement was to design a model:
The model must be user-friendly.
It should not allow viewing others data.
The data privileges should be easily viewed.
By all this features the admin can handle data easily.
Specifically designed for an individual College.
Inserting new student records are not possible.
It is based on the Desktop application.

1.2 Objectives

The user interface should be completely menu driven and user-friendly.

The user should not find any difficulties in options field.
Faster response should be present.
It should also provide view, add and delete features for better fee
management system.
To make storage of information more efficient and secure.

1.3 Scope
This can be used in educational institutes like university, school, etc. It can
also be used in companies for paying salaries of their employees.

1.4. Platform Specification

1.4.1. Hardware
PC Intel Pentium IV with 2.6 GHZ processor or latest.

Back end : MYSQL
1.4.3. Implementation Language
It will work on various types of languages but it will effective when the
language we are use comfortable for user and administrative department like
web applications, mobile applications, etc.

2. System Analysis
It provides features like view, add, and delete for searching in this system.
The user interface completely usable design form and easy to handle.
The user should not find any difficulties in any circumstances of this system.
2.1. Identification of Need
To reduce the paper work.
It is design for college administration department.
2.2. Preliminary Investigation
The user can check his record details by just entering his name no need to
search all the record.
Works on offline and online synchronization.

3. Feasibility Study

3.1. Technical Feasibility

3.2. Economical Feasibility

3.3. Operational Feasibility

4. Literature Survey

4.1. Work done by other

To check which type of software work is applicable for the institute.
To comparison between three types of software which would be preferred
most and suitable for the management.
4.2. Benefits
Mobile enables.
To minimization of redundant activities.
