Your Excellency,
First of all, please accept my congratulations over your deserved election and great
strides as Governor of our beloved and esteemed state.
I am an indigene of a neighboring town to yours-Nsugbe of Anambra East LGA.Since
you will soon be settling down to assemble your team for the purpose of continuing the
arduous task of developing our beloved state,I wanted to take the time to write to you
about my professional services.
My profile is that of a highly experienced professional with an extensive background in
a significantly diverse collection of companies within the petroleum, FCMG and telecom
industries.
One of the numerous professional accomplishments that I achieved in my long and
diversified career was the development of a supplier management and pre-qualification
system for the petroleum industry known as the NipeX Joint Qualification System
(NJQS) for which I consulted and operated.
The Nigerian Petroleum Exchange (NIPEX), which is jointly funded by the international
oil companies (IOCs) and NNPC, was set up to provide for the standardization of
contracts and tenders in the oil and gas industry.In the process, we saved the industry
about $1 Billion per annum, through expedited and transparent contracting.
The system helped to instill greater transparency and accountability as well as
facilitating significant reductions in processing costs and time; the consequence was reinventing investor confidence.
Following the expiry of my contract, I write to inquire about the possibility of extending
these benefits to the industrialization of Anambra state and especially our fledgling
petroleum refinery.

solving and analytical abilities with a record of saving formidable amounts of money for

reputed blue chip, multinational companies through leading edge management

strategies.
Another of my strengths is the result of building credibility with the customer base with
which I work having spent a career being ethical and honest.
