PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to Section 64 of the Electricity Act 2003, Noida Power Company Limited submitted the petition of Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) & Tariff for FY 2015-16 on 28th Nov'2014 before U. P. Electricity
Regulatory Commission, Lucknow. Consequent upon admittance of the petition, the Hon'ble Commission vide its Tariff Order dated 18th June 2015 has approved the ARR & Tariff for FY 2015-2016. In accordance with the
provision of Electricity Act 2003 and the Tariff Order passed by the Hon'ble Commission on the ARR Petition, the General Public and the Electricity Consumers of Greater Noida are hereby informed about the abstract of
Rates and Charges of different category of consumers as approved by the Hon'ble Commission.

Rural Rebate
This Schedule shall be applicable only to
consumers getting supply upto 11 kV as per "Rural
Schedule". The consumers under this category
shall be entitled to a rebate of 7.50% on BASE
'Rate of Charge" as given for 11kV consumers
under urban schedule without TOD Rate.

In addition to above, Regulatory Surcharge @ 8% shall be applicable over the above rates. Late payment surcharge shall be levied @
1.25% per month up-to first three months of delay and subsequently @ 2.00% per month of delay. The above Rate and Charges as
approved by Hon'ble U. P. Electricity Commission shall become effective after 7 days from the date of this publication on the electricity
consumers of Noida Power Company Limited and shall be applicable till issuance of next Tariff Order. The aforesaid Tariff Order,
approved Tariffs & Rate Schedule are also available at the websites of Hon'ble U. P. Electricity Regulatory Commission at
www.uperc.org and Noida Power Company Limited at www.noidapower.com.
